Manufacturing
Our Grade 5 titanium screws are machined to the agreed dimensions and geometry.
Thread & size
M5-M14 sizes are supported, with screws as small as M3 possible. Confirm the required diameter, pitch and length with us for each design; not every size and length combination is assumed available.
Length
Length is confirmed for each design rather than offered as one universal range. State nominal length, thread length and any shoulder length, with the measurement reference for the selected head.
Head & drive
Hex flange, socket cap, taper, button, countersunk or drawing-defined geometry. Supply head dimensions and drive details.
Surface finish & marking
Anodizing and color finishes, polishing, blasting and laser marking are available. Agree the color or finish reference, marking artwork and location, and acceptance criteria before production.
Standard or drawing
Identify the dimensional standard and revision, or provide an approved drawing. Grade 5 alone does not define fastener compliance.
Inspection & records
Agree the material documentation, dimensional checks and any additional tests before ordering.
Samples & quantity
Sampling is supported. The sample and order quantities are agreed according to the actual product dimensions; there is no universal minimum quantity. Provide quantities per size and packaging requirements.

Are these pure titanium screws?

No. This range is Grade 5 titanium alloy, Ti-6Al-4V. FILTURE does not offer commercially pure titanium screws or fasteners in this product range.

Can you supply custom titanium bolts from a drawing?

Submit a controlled drawing with thread, head, length, finish and quantity. We review the geometry and order requirements before confirming the quotation and supply scope.

Which dimensions are needed for a fastener quotation?

Include thread diameter and pitch, nominal length, thread length, head style, drive size and quantity. Add shoulder, cross-hole, seat or flange dimensions where they affect fit.

Can you supply M3 titanium screws and samples?

Yes. Our machined Grade 5 titanium screws can be made as small as M3, and M5-M14 sizes are supported. The diameter and length combination must be confirmed for the specific design. Sampling is supported, with quantities agreed according to the actual product dimensions.

Can I replace a steel bolt with Grade 5 titanium using the same torque?

Do not assume a direct substitution or reuse a steel-bolt torque value. Joint load, thread engagement, friction, lubrication, mating material and application safety must be reviewed by the responsible engineer.

Are all parts certified to ASTM F468?

No blanket certification is claimed. If ASTM F468/F468M for bolts, screws or studs, or ASTM F467/F467M for nuts is required, state the applicable revision and testing or documentation requirements for confirmation.

Can you add a surface finish or laser marking?

Yes. Anodizing and color finishes, polishing, blasting and laser marking are available. Send your finish reference and marking requirements. Images are examples, not live inventory; the exact configuration, quantity and delivery schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
