Sintered porous tubes in 316L stainless steel or Grade 2 titanium. Open-ended tube format for installation in custom housings, reactors, or sparger assemblies.
Wall thickness 2–10 mm; outer diameter φ14–200 mm; length 100–1200 mm as a single-piece tube without joins. End configurations include plain cut (for weld-in or compression-fit installation), flanged, or threaded ends for direct pipe connection. Instrument-line tubes can also be fitted with a 1/4" tube socket-weld union (Swagelok-compatible), 3/4" male thread, or outer-thread connector. Welded end caps for use as complete cartridge elements are also available, and double-open (open at both ends) configurations allow bidirectional flow for backpulse or reverse-flush cleaning.
Titanium tubes are specified for corrosive media (HCl, H₂SO₄, seawater, wet chlorine) where SS tubes are unsuitable — including chlor-alkali secondary brine polishing and chlorine gas demisting at diameters up to φ200 mm, and industrial circulating water filtration down to 0.22 µm with ozone-compatible cleaning cycles. SS tubes cover standard industrial filtration, sparging, and diffusion duties. Both materials carry bubble-point test certification per element.
Supplied without end caps — plain cut, flanged, or threaded ends for direct integration into customer-designed housings and assemblies.
Non-standard OD, wall thickness, length, and end-cap geometry all available. Tolerances to ±0.1 mm on critical dimensions.
Identical pore size range (0.22–100 µm) in both materials. Select SS for standard industrial duty; Ti for acid, chloride, or oxidising environments.
Bubble-point test data available on request per ASTM F316. Batch records retained.
Rigid sintered structure withstands reverse-flow cleaning, acid soak, and ultrasonic cleaning without structural change. Double-open tubes allow bidirectional backpulse for thorough cleaning.
Open at both ends for bidirectional flow — maximises filtration area utilisation and enables reverse-flow or back-pulse cleaning from either direction.
Small-diameter tubes fitted with a 1/4" tube socket-weld union (Swagelok-compatible), 3/4" male thread, or outer-thread connector for direct, leak-free installation in instrument and sample lines.
Mill test reports for powder raw material, chemical composition, and mechanical property data available on request.
Distribute fine ozone bubbles into water treatment reactors. Ti tubes used where ozone-resistant material is required; spherical/dome-shaped aeration heads with a 1/2" NPT connection are also available for fine-bubble aeration in recirculating aquaculture systems.
