Custom CNC-machined titanium components in Grade 2 (pure Ti) and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Tolerances to ±0.05 mm; electropolished finish available.
Standard machining tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions; tighter tolerances are available with agreed first-article inspection. Surface treatment options include as-machined, anodised (Type II/III), and electropolished (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm for standard, Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for pharmaceutical grade).
Grade 2 (commercially pure titanium) is the standard choice for corrosion-resistant process equipment — valves, housings, fittings, and reactor internals handling HCl, H₂SO₄, chlorinated solvents, and seawater. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) provides significantly higher tensile strength (≥900 MPa) for structural components, aerospace fasteners, and high-load applications where corrosion resistance must be combined with strength.
Grade 2 for maximum corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical environments. Grade 5 for structural parts requiring tensile strength ≥900 MPa.
Turned and milled from billet or bar stock. Complex geometries, internal threads, cross-holes, and custom profiles in a single setup where possible.
Standard production tolerances suitable for most process equipment. Tighter tolerances on critical fits available with pre-agreed first-article qualification.
Ra ≤ 0.4 µm electropolished finish and surface finish records for pharmaceutical GMP components — same finish standard as our filter elements.
Mill test reports per ASTM B348 included. Chemical composition and mechanical properties traceable from billet to finished part.
One-off prototype parts through to production runs. Custom parts quoted on drawing — provide 2D or 3D model and quantities.
Titanium end caps for porous filter elements — welded or threaded, in Grade 2 for corrosive services where SS end caps corrode.
Grade 2 · Custom OD/thread · WeldedTi valve bodies, seats, and fittings for chemical process lines handling aggressive media. Grade 2 or Grade 5 depending on pressure class.
Grade 2/5 · Corrosion-resistantMachined Ti components for PEM electrolyzer cell frames, end plates, and compression hardware.
Grade 2/5 · Tight tolerance · AnodisedTi pump impellers, valve bodies, and pressure vessel internals for seawater desalination service.
Grade 2 · Seawater-resistant · CNCEP-finish Ti components for pharmaceutical bioreactors, mixing vessels, and filtration equipment. CoC and MTR for GMP documentation.
Grade 2 · Ra ≤ 0.4 µm · CoCTitanium structural components for marine applications — Grade 5 for high-strength subsea connectors and Grade 2 for seawater-wetted parts.
Grade 2/5 · Custom · Marine-ratedCNC-machined titanium impellers for small gas turbines, pumps, and compressors — Grade 5 for the strength-to-weight ratio these rotating components demand.
Grade 5 · Balanced · Custom geometryUpload a 2D drawing or 3D model with material grade, tolerance, surface finish, and quantity. We'll return a quotation within 2 business days.
