Every FILTURE product leaves our facility with documented test data. For filter elements, we verify pore size, dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, and corrosion resistance. For machined parts and fasteners, dimensional and material reports are standard — and we include them with your shipment, not on special request.
Soak the sintered plate or disc in deionised water for 10 minutes, then clamp it into the test fixture. Pour deionised water over the top surface before starting — the pores need to be fully wet or the bubble readings won't be reliable.
Oxygen is fed in from below at the pressure the customer specifies. We record the pressure drop at 2, 3, and 4 L/min, and photograph the bubble pattern on the surface at each flow rate. Uneven bubbling — clusters in one area, bare patches elsewhere — means the pore distribution is off.
Every piece gets checked by eye before it ships — surface finish, weld seams, edges, and cleanliness. Anything that doesn't look right gets pulled before it goes out. It's a basic step, but skipping it is how small problems turn into customer complaints.
Thickness, length, width, and diameter are measured with calipers and a micrometer, then checked against your drawing. Parts get wrapped in absorbent paper straight after — titanium discolours if left exposed, and we'd rather deal with it here than have you open the box to a yellowed surface.
We don't produce paperwork by default — most customers don't need it. But if your incoming inspection or QC process requires documentation, let us know before the order ships and we'll prepare what's needed.
Chemical composition and mechanical properties of the raw material, traceable to heat/lot number.
Photos and pressure drop data from the bubble distribution test — available for sintered plates and discs when requested.
Key dimensions measured and recorded — critical for drop-in replacements and regulated-industry buyers.
Written declaration that the products conform to specified requirements — signed and stamped by QC.
Commercial invoice, packing list, and HS code documentation prepared for customs clearance in all major markets.
Quality management system certification covering design, production, inspection, and delivery of all sintered metal products.
Bubble point test procedures performed in accordance with ASTM F316 — the recognized standard for pore size characterization of filter media.
All stainless steel and titanium materials comply with EU RoHS and REACH regulations for restricted substance content.
All products are commercially compliant for export to EU, USA, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asian markets with full documentation support.
"FILTURE provided bubble distribution test data and material certificates mapped to individual serial numbers — exactly the traceability documentation our auditors ask for, and we didn't have to request it separately.

"We requested a third-party SEM analysis of the pore structure on our first batch. FILTURE's internal characterisation data matched exactly. That kind of transparency is what builds a long-term supplier relationship.
