Processing Methods We Offer

Material & Alloy Selection

Pure titanium for corrosion-critical applications; Ti-6Al-4V for high-strength structural parts. Bar stock and billet sourced with full mill test certificates traceable to EN/ASTM standards.

CNC Turning & Milling

Multi-axis CNC turning and milling of titanium components to drawing. External and internal threads, flanges, shoulder geometry, and compound profiles machined from solid bar.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions
  • Thread standards: ISO metric, BSP, NPT, UNC
  • 5-axis capability for complex geometry

Fastener Production

Socket head cap screws, hex bolts, studs, nuts, and custom titanium fasteners in pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V. Thread rolling and cutting to ISO metric and imperial standards.

  • M5–M14 range, custom pitch available
  • Head styles: socket, hex, button, countersunk
  • Full thread inspection included

Surface Treatment

Anodizing, electropolishing, passivation, and sandblasting for titanium components — oxide layer for corrosion protection, biocompatibility, or colour identification.

  • Anodize: Type II oxide, colour grades available
  • Electropolish: Ra ≤ 0.8 µm achievable
  • Sandblast: controlled matte texture

TIG Welding & Assembly

TIG welding of titanium components in argon-shielded conditions to prevent oxidation. Flanged connections, sub-assemblies, and weld fabrications supplied to drawing.

  • Argon back-purge on all titanium welds
  • Full penetration welds, dye-penetrant tested
  • Sub-assembly and finished units available

Dimensional Inspection

Optical and contact measurement of critical dimensions on all finished components. Full dimensional reports supplied for first articles and on request for production lots.
