Tell us your specifications, materials, and quantities. A product engineer will review your request and reply with pricing, lead time, and technical recommendations.
Fill in your product, specifications, and quantity — we'll follow up with a detailed quote.
The more detail you include, the more accurate and useful your quote will be. Here's what helps us quote you correctly the first time.
Which product line — sintered powder filter, pleated mesh cartridge, titanium fiber felt, or titanium fasteners. If unsure, describe the application instead.
316L stainless steel, pure titanium, Ti-6Al-4V, Monel, Hastelloy, or other. If there are compatibility requirements with the process fluid, include that.
Outer diameter, inner diameter, and length. For discs and plates: diameter and thickness. For fasteners: thread standard, size, and length.
An approximate pore size range in µm, or the particle size you need to retain. If you have a target flow rate rather than a pore size, include that instead.
Process fluid type, operating temperature, and working pressure. High-temperature or corrosive environments will affect material selection and weld design.
Sample order or production volume, and your target delivery date. This affects production scheduling and whether standard stock or custom fabrication applies.
A drawing, sketch, or photo of the part or housing it needs to fit often answers more questions than a paragraph of text. Attach it directly in the form below.
Mention any required test reports, material certificates (e.g. EN 10204 3.1), or industry standards your project must comply with.
Replacing a competitor's element or an existing housing? Share the part number or brand — we can often cross-reference dimensions for a drop-in fit.
