These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of the website www.filturemetal.com and any business transactions conducted with Shaanxi Filture New Material Co., Ltd. (“FILTURE“, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

FILTURE is a manufacturer and exporter of sintered metal filters, titanium components, and related porous metal materials for industrial applications.

The content on this website — including product descriptions, technical specifications, images, and datasheets — is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business inquiries. You may:

3. Product Information and Accuracy

  • All specifications listed are nominal values. Actual products are manufactured to agreed tolerances set out in the order confirmation.
  • Product images are representative and may not reflect exact surface finish or color of a specific batch.
  • FILTURE reserves the right to make minor material substitutions of equivalent grade without notice, where the original material is unavailable, unless a specific grade is contractually specified.

4. Quotations and Orders

  • Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
  • An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order or written acceptance, and payment of the agreed deposit.
  • Lead times stated in quotations are estimates based on current production schedules and may be adjusted for force majeure events or supply chain disruptions.

5. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment via T/T bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For established buyers, net-30 or Letter of Credit (LC) terms may be available upon credit approval.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Bank charges for international transfers are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product designs, and technical documentation on this website are the property of FILTURE or its manufacturing partners. No license to use our intellectual property is granted by these Terms or by any order placed.

Custom product designs provided by buyers remain the intellectual property of the respective buyer. FILTURE will not share or reproduce buyer-provided drawings or specifications with third parties.

7. Confidentiality

Any technical specifications, drawings, or pricing information exchanged between FILTURE and a buyer are treated as confidential business information. Both parties agree not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, for a period of 3 years from the date of disclosure.

8. Warranty

FILTURE warrants that products shipped conform to the agreed specifications at the time of shipment. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
  • Use of products in conditions exceeding their rated temperature, pressure, or chemical compatibility.
  • Normal wear from continuous operation.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months of the shipment date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FILTURE’s total liability for any claim arising from a product order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim. FILTURE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, or plant shutdown costs.

10. Force Majeure

FILTURE shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, port closures, or material shortages. We will notify buyers promptly of any force majeure event and work to minimize disruption.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Xi’an, China, unless a specific dispute resolution clause is included in the sales contract.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or placing of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
