Sintered Metal Filters & Titanium Products
Our 13 product lines include stainless steel and pure titanium filtration materials, porous components, mesh and sheet. Titanium fasteners and CNC-machined parts are supplied in Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V only. Pore ratings range from 0.22 µm (sintered powder) to 5,000 µm (sintered mesh), depending on product type. Operating limits depend on alloy, structure and service conditions. Standard and custom configurations are available.
Filter Cartridges
SS Sintered Powder Filter Element
High-strength powder-sintered SS filter with uniform pore structure. Fully backwashable, up to 400 °C (element; seal dependent).
Ti Sintered Powder Filter Element
Confirm material compatibility for the actual medium, concentration, temperature and operating conditions before ordering. Titanium is not specified here as universally resistant to hydrochloric or sulfuric acid.
SS Sintered Mesh Filter Element
Multi-layer sintered wire mesh for a consistent filtration rating. High flow rate, low pressure drop, fully cleanable and reusable.
SS Pleated Mesh Filter Element
Pleated construction delivers more effective filtration area in the same housing footprint (typically 3–5× a flat element, depending on pleat depth) — extended service intervals, high dirt-holding capacity.
SS Pleated Felt Filter Element
Sintered SS fiber felt with pleated geometry for depth filtration. High void volume minimises pressure drop in polymer and high-viscosity fluid service.

SS & Ti Porous Tubes
Sintered cylindrical porous tubes for in-line gas sparging, aeration, and cross-flow filtration. Custom OD and length to fit existing housings.
SS & Ti Porous Plates
Flat sintered plates for gas distribution, membrane backing, and diffusion applications. Uniform pore distribution, custom thickness and dimensions.
SS & Ti Porous Discs
Circular sintered discs for flow control, pressure relief, and fluidisation. Available in multiple diameters with precise pore size tolerance.
Mesh & Sheet
SS & Ti Wire Mesh
Plain, twill, and Dutch-weave wire mesh in SS (304/316L/310S) and titanium (Grade 1/2). Aperture 0.003–11 mm, mesh count 2–400 per inch, supplied in sheets or rolls.
Ti Perforated Sheet
Pure titanium perforated sheet in round, square, and hexagonal patterns. Corrosion-resistant and lightweight — ideal for electrolyzer frames and marine applications.
Ti Fiber Felt (PEM)
Sintered titanium fiber felt for porous transport layers in PEM and PEMWE electrolyzers. Precise porosity control, high electrical conductivity, stable in typical electrolysis chemical environments.

Ti Machined Parts
CNC-machined titanium components to customer drawings and specifications. Flanges, end-caps, housings, brackets — tight-tolerance machining with full material traceability.
Ti Screws & Fasteners
Grade 5 titanium performance fasteners for motorcycle, automotive, and bicycle builds — flange bolts, lock nuts, washers, banjo bolts, and stud kits. Raw or color anodized, wholesale and OEM supply.
