    in Your Inquiry

    Product Type

    Which product line — sintered powder filter, pleated mesh cartridge, titanium fiber felt, or titanium fasteners. If unsure, describe the application instead.

    Material Preference

    316L stainless steel, pure titanium, Ti-6Al-4V, Monel, Hastelloy, or other. If there are compatibility requirements with the process fluid, include that.

    Dimensions

    Outer diameter, inner diameter, and length. For discs and plates: diameter and thickness. For fasteners: thread standard, size, and length.

    Pore Size Range

    An approximate pore size range in µm, or the particle size you need to retain. If you have a target flow rate rather than a pore size, include that instead.

    Operating Conditions

    Process fluid type, operating temperature, and working pressure. High-temperature or corrosive environments will affect material selection and weld design.

    Quantity & Timeline

    Sample order or production volume, and your target delivery date. This affects production scheduling and whether standard stock or custom fabrication applies.
