Baoji sits in the Wei River valley in Shaanxi Province and is the centre of China's titanium processing industry. We are based in Baoji because the titanium supply chain, processing know-how, and supporting manufacturing resources are concentrated here. Starting with sintered metal filtration for industrial applications, our product range expanded over time to cover pleated mesh filter cartridges, titanium fiber felt for electrochemical systems, and precision-machined titanium fasteners.
Products are made in Baoji's Gaoxin industrial district using specialised equipment and processes for each product category — sintered powder filtration, pleated mesh cartridges, titanium fiber felt, and precision fasteners — with batch records kept tied to the corresponding order for full traceability.

Company Founded
Shaanxi Filture New Material Co., Ltd. established in the Gaoxin industrial district of Baoji — selected for its proximity to Baoji's titanium processing base and alloy supply network.
First European Export
Sintered powder filter elements shipped to the first European industrial client. At that stage, we began using the documentation and traceability practices that are still applied to export orders today.

Titanium Fiber Felt for PEM Electrolysis
Titanium sintered fiber felt adopted as porous transport layers in PEM water electrolyzer stacks — an application with tighter requirements for pore uniformity and surface consistency than standard industrial filtration products.

Bubble Point & Distribution Testing
For fully wetted filter cartridges or filter elements, Bubble Point records the pressure at first continuous gas passage through the largest connected pore. Bubble Distribution is used for porous plates and gas-distribution components: it observes whether gas bubbles are uniform across the effective area and can reveal blockage, cracks, weld defects, non-uniform porosity, or inactive areas. Neither result alone is a filter-cartridge integrity claim.

Mill certificates and alloy composition documentation supplied with all titanium, Monel, and Hastelloy products. Available in English and Chinese.

Pore-Structure and Bubble-Distribution Photographs
Pore-structure micrographs and bubble-distribution test photographs are available on request. They document different observations: material structure and visible bubble uniformity. Neither type of photograph alone establishes pore-size distribution or filter-cartridge integrity.

Handles inquiries for titanium screws, bolts, nuts and custom CNC components in Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V only. Commercially pure titanium fasteners and machined parts are not supplied.
