Baoji sits in the Wei River valley in Shaanxi Province and is the centre of China's titanium processing industry. We started in Baoji because the titanium supply chain, processing know-how, and supporting manufacturing resources were already concentrated here. Starting with sintered metal filtration for industrial applications, the product range expanded over time to cover pleated mesh filter cartridges, titanium fiber felt for electrochemical systems, and precision-machined titanium fasteners.

FILTURE operates production facilities in Baoji's Gaoxin industrial district, with dedicated manufacturing lines for sintering, CNC machining, and quality inspection. Each product category — sintered powder filtration, pleated mesh cartridges, titanium fiber felt, and precision fasteners — is produced through specialised equipment and processes under direct management control. This setup helps us manage production more directly and keep batch records tied to the corresponding order.

Inquiries are reviewed by the teammate responsible for that product line, so replies usually include material options, basic feasibility feedback, and a realistic lead-time estimate. Our products are supplied to customers in Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Oceania.

Company Founded

Shaanxi Filture New Material Co., Ltd. established in the Gaoxin industrial district of Baoji — selected for its proximity to Baoji's titanium processing base and alloy supply network.

2018

First European Export

Sintered powder filter elements shipped to the first European industrial client. At that stage, we began using the documentation and traceability practices that are still applied to export orders today.

2020

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Quality management system certification achieved. Scope covers design, manufacturing, and delivery for sintered metal filter products and titanium components across all production facilities.

2022

Titanium Fiber Felt for PEM Electrolysis

Titanium sintered fiber felt adopted as porous transport layers in PEM water electrolyzer stacks — an application with tighter requirements for pore uniformity and surface consistency than standard industrial filtration products.

Inspection is carried out during production rather than only at final packing. Test documentation is available on request for all orders.

  • ISO 9001:2015

    Quality management system certification covering design oversight, manufacturing, and delivery of all sintered metal filter and titanium component products.

  • Bubble Point & Distribution Testing

    Bubble point testing is applied to sintered filter cartridges — measuring maximum pore size by minimum bubble-emergence pressure. Bubble distribution analysis is applied to sintered plates, discs, and titanium fiber felt — mapping full pore size distribution across the surface. Both reports available on request.

  • Material Traceability Reports

    Mill certificates and alloy composition documentation supplied with all titanium, Monel, and Hastelloy products. Available in English and Chinese.

  • Distribution Photographs

    Actual pore structure photographs showing the sintered surface and pore distribution — available for electrochemical and high-purity filtration applications on request.
