From Requirement to Delivery
in Four Steps

Submit Your Brief

Share your drawing, datasheet, or process parameters — dimensions, pore size, material, operating pressure and temperature. We accept DXF, STEP, PDF, or a plain description. Our OEM capability covers the full product range: custom sintered filter elements, porous tubes, plates and discs, and precision titanium machined parts.

Technical Review & Quote

Our engineers review feasibility, confirm the material and sintering approach, and return a detailed quotation. Simpler specifications are usually faster to review than custom assemblies.

Prototype & Approval

A prototype or first article is produced and tested — bubble point data, dimensional report, and material certificate shipped with the sample for your validation and approval.

Production & Delivery

Full production run with consistent process controls. Every batch is tested, documented, and packaged to export standards. DDP, FOB, and EXW shipping terms available.

NDA signed before any drawings are shared. Your product specifications, geometries, and application data are never disclosed to third parties or used in our catalog products.

True Customisation — Not Catalog Selection

We sinter to your pore target, not the nearest standard grade. Non-catalog alloys (Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel) are quoted on request. Tight OD tolerances (±0.05 mm) are part of our normal workload.

Full Documentation Package

Material test reports, dimensional inspection data, bubble distribution test data, and packing lists available on request — formatted to your requirements for regulated-industry buyers.

Fast Prototype Turnaround

Standard sintered filter prototypes are delivered within 7 working days of drawing confirmation. Rush schedules for urgent validation requests can often be accommodated.
