Custom Titanium CNC Machined Parts
Custom Grade 5 titanium CNC machined parts, developed from your drawings. Turning, milling and threading with the details agreed before machining begins.
Have a 2D drawing and 3D model? Start with both.
01 / BUILT TO YOUR GEOMETRY
Shafts, flanges, fittings and equipment components each need a different machining and inspection plan. These examples help you describe the part you need.

Concentric features. Drawing-defined fits.
Stepped diameters, shoulders, grooves and flange interfaces. Identify the datums, runout requirements, mating fits and critical faces on the drawing.
Discuss this configuration
The thread is only part of the connection.
Define the thread system and class, engagement length, sealing face and mating component. Similar-looking threads are not necessarily compatible.

Your geometry, reviewed as a complete part.
Submit valve components, spacers, pins or other equipment parts for review. Bores, cross-holes and intersecting features are assessed together.
Discuss this configurationThat is the point. Send your own geometry for a technical review; the examples above do not limit the shapes you can ask us to evaluate.

A titanium CNC machining quotation needs more than overall size. Critical interfaces and acceptance criteria shape the manufacturing plan.

03 / A CLEARER ENQUIRY
Your 2D drawing defines what must be controlled. A 3D model helps explain the shape. Together, they make a better starting point for a machining review.
Use the quote form for your initial drawing or specification. Please confirm a suitable transfer method for additional CAD files.
04 / FROM ENQUIRY TO ORDER
A clear specification reduces assumptions. Feasibility, inspection, lead time and commercial terms are confirmed with the quotation.
Send the drawing or dimensional specification, quantity and application conditions.
Resolve open questions on geometry, material condition, finish and inspection.
Confirm the quotation and drawing revision. Agree sampling or first-article review if required.
Manufacturing and inspection follow the agreed specification and documentation scope.
05 / BEFORE YOU ORDER

Yes. Submit your Grade 5 titanium part drawing for a manufacturability and quotation review. The drawing revision, critical dimensions, material condition, finish, quantity and inspection scope must be agreed before production.
This machined-parts offering is limited to Grade 5 titanium alloy, Ti-6Al-4V. It is not a commercially pure titanium machining service.
A 3D model helps describe shape, but it may not define tolerances, datums, threads, surface finish or inspection criteria. Include a dimensioned 2D drawing and revision wherever possible; missing requirements need clarification.
Tolerance is reviewed feature by feature against geometry, material condition, workholding and inspection method. Send the required limits and critical fits; we do not advertise one guaranteed tolerance for every titanium component.
Yes, sampling is supported. The quantity is agreed according to the actual part dimensions, rather than a universal single-piece or minimum-order promise. Provide the drawing and expected production volume so we can review feasibility, approval points, pricing and delivery.
Tell us which material records, dimensional inspection results or other documents the order requires. The available scope is confirmed before acceptance; application certification is not implied by the material grade.
