CNC-precision machined titanium components and fasteners in pure titanium (Grade 2) and Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5). 40% lighter than stainless steel, outstanding corrosion resistance, prototype to production.
Send us your drawings or specifications — we manufacture to your design requirements
CNC-machined titanium components to your drawings. Pure titanium (Grade 2) for corrosion-critical applications; Ti-6Al-4V for high-strength structural parts. Prototypes to production runs.
Grade 5 titanium fasteners for motorcycle, automotive, and bicycle builds — flange bolts, lock nuts, washers, banjo bolts, and stud kits. About 40% lighter than steel with equivalent strength, raw or color anodized.
Both grades are available for machined parts and fasteners. Select based on your application priority.
Best for: Corrosion-critical parts, chemical equipment, medical implants, seawater applications
Best for: High-strength structural fasteners, aerospace components, motorsport, high-load brackets
Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) is used exclusively for machined parts and fasteners — it is not suitable for sintered filter elements due to its alloy composition.
Dedicated titanium machining with in-house material expertise
5-axis CNC machining centres achieve ± 0.05 mm tolerance on complex geometries and tight-fit assemblies.
Pure titanium is commonly selected for medical, dental, chemical, and selected food-contact equipment where corrosion resistance and material compatibility matter.
Titanium's density is 4.5 g/cm³ vs 7.9 for steel — critical weight savings in aerospace, EV, and marine applications.
Grade 2 titanium offers strong resistance in many chloride-bearing, seawater, and chemical environments, but suitability should still be confirmed against the actual media and temperature.
Precision titanium components in service across industries where strength, weight, and corrosion resistance all matter
Upload your drawings or describe your requirements — we'll quote Grade 2 and Grade 5 options with delivery timeline.
