Five-layer sintered wire mesh, bonded by sintering — not adhesive. Consistent filtration rating, wide material range from 316L to Hastelloy C276.
The filter rating is set by the weave and aperture of the selected mesh layer — from fine Dutch-weave centre layers giving a consistent, repeatable pore size for ratings down to 1 µm, up to coarser plain-weave or twill-weave layers for nominal ratings up to 5,000 µm. Within its rated aperture, the Dutch-weave construction gives the same pore size at every point on the mesh, not just a statistical average.
Material choice covers the full industrial range: 316L for general duty, 310S for service above 600 °C, duplex 2205/2507 for chloride environments, 904L for concentrated acid service, and nickel alloys (Monel 400, Hastelloy C276) for aggressive corrosive media. All materials are supplied with mill test certificates traceable to the relevant ASTM or EN standard.
Outer protective layers, precision filter layer, and support layers are bonded by sintering — no delamination under pressure cycling, hydraulic shock, or temperature swing.
A Dutch-weave centre layer (fine ratings) or plain/twill-weave layer (coarse nominal ratings) provides a uniform pore size across the filtration surface, with consistent particle retention at the rated aperture — no bypass under surge conditions.
From standard 316L to Hastelloy C276 — select the alloy for your specific corrosive environment. Mill test certificates and CoC included for all grades.
Backwash, ultrasonic cleaning, and chemical soak (acid or alkali) restore flux without structural damage. No layer separation or fibre shedding.
316L elements rated to 400 °C; 310S construction handles continuous service above 600 °C in high-temperature gas filtration.
Filter rating 1–5,000 µm (nominal), tube OD 20–200 mm, custom end-cap styles, and non-standard lengths all available to drawing.
Consistent-rated protection for hydraulic systems in offshore platforms and industrial machinery. Handles high-pressure, high-temperature oil service.
