Het probleem is echter dat industri\u00eble omstandigheden zelden ideaal zijn: hoge temperaturen, agressieve chemicali\u00ebn, wisselende druk en veeleisende onderhoudsschema&#039;s maken het leven moeilijk voor standaard filtermedia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/nl\/products\/filter-cartridge\/ss-pleated-mesh-filter\/\">geplooide roestvrijstalen draadgaaspatronen<\/a> Ze zijn precies voor deze omstandigheden ontworpen. Hieronder een eenvoudige uitleg waarom ze worden gebruikt in de chemische, farmaceutische, olie- en gasindustrie en andere veeleisende sectoren.<\/p>\n<h2>Ze zijn gemaakt om lang mee te gaan, zelfs onder zware omstandigheden.<\/h2>\n<h3>Temperatuurbereik<\/h3>\n<p>316L roestvrij staal behoudt zijn mechanische eigenschappen continu van -200\u00b0C tot 480\u00b0C, met een intermitterende temperatuurbestendigheid tot 600\u00b0C. Dit omvat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cryogene toepassingen (LNG-behandeling, vloeibare stikstofsystemen) aan de koude kant<\/li>\n<li>Circulatie van hete olie, stoomsystemen en terugwinning van katalysatoren aan het hete uiteinde.<\/li>\n<li>Polymeerfiltratieprocessen die continu werken bij 480\u2013550 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Standaard synthetische filtermedia begeven het doorgaans boven de 150 \u00b0C. Voor processen die warmer verlopen, is roestvrij staal de enige praktische optie.<\/p>\n<h3>Chemische compatibiliteit<\/h3>\n<p>316L roestvrij staal is bestand tegen de chemicali\u00ebn die conventionele filtermedia aantasten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuren (zoutzuur, zwavelzuur, salpeterzuur in matige concentraties)<\/li>\n<li>Bijtende oplossingen (natriumhydroxide, kaliumhydroxide)<\/li>\n<li>Organische oplosmiddelen (aceton, alcoholen, ethylacetaat)<\/li>\n<li>Oxiderende omgevingen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voor bijzonder veeleisende toepassingen \u2014 geconcentreerde zuren, omgevingen met een hoog chloridegehalte, blootstelling aan halogenen \u2014 zijn alternatieve kwaliteiten beschikbaar (904L, Hastelloy).<\/p>\n<h3>Drukclassificatie<\/h3>\n<p>Met de juiste behuizing en versteviging zijn geplooide roestvrijstalen draadgaaspatronen geschikt voor drukken tot 250 bar. Hierdoor zijn ze bruikbaar in hogedrukhydrauliek, gascompressie en vloeistofinjectiesystemen waar de meeste filtermedia niet geschikt voor zijn.<\/p>\n<h2>Het geplooide ontwerp: meer filtering in minder ruimte.<\/h2>\n<p>Het filtermateriaal is in accordeonplooien gevouwen. Hierdoor wordt het actieve filteroppervlak tot wel 300% groter dan bij een eenvoudige cilindrische cartridge van dezelfde grootte.<\/p>\n<p>Wat je daarvoor krijgt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hogere doorstroomsnelheid zonder extra filterbehuizingen.<\/li>\n<li>Grotere vuilopvangcapaciteit \u2014 langere intervallen tussen schoonmaakbeurten<\/li>\n<li>Lagere drukval over het filterelement - lager energieverbruik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Procesingenieurs die systemen met een hoge doorvoer ontwerpen \u2013 waterzuiveringsinstallaties, chemische reactoren, polymeerextrusielijnen \u2013 merken vaak dat geplooide cartridges de noodzaak voor een te grote pompcapaciteit of parallelle pomphuizen overbodig maken.<\/p>\n<h2>Industri\u00eble toepassingen<\/h2>\n<h3>Chemische verwerking<\/h3>\n<p>Katalysatorterugwinning en vaste-vloeistofscheiding zijn kerntoepassingen. De nauwkeurige absolute micronwaarden (3\u2013200 \u03bcm) stellen ingenieurs in staat om precies aan te geven hoe fijn de scheiding moet zijn. Roestvrij staal is bestand tegen de chemische omgeving zonder de productstroom te verontreinigen.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"\/nl\/industries\/pharma-food\/\">Farmaceutische productie<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Farmaceutische processen hebben filters nodig die:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verliest geen deeltjes (geen vezelafgifte van het metalen gaas)<\/li>\n<li>Kan tussen de batches door met stoom worden gesteriliseerd of chemisch worden ontsmet.<\/li>\n<li>Lever gedocumenteerde, gevalideerde prestatiegegevens aan voor naleving van de regelgeving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het elektrolytisch gepolijste, gladde oppervlak van het gesinterde roestvrijstalen gaas is gemakkelijk te inspecteren en te reinigen, wat voldoet aan de validatie-eisen van USP\/FDA. Certificaten van conformiteit en documentatie over de traceerbaarheid van het materiaal worden bij elke bestelling meegeleverd.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"\/nl\/industries\/water-treatment\/\">Waterbehandeling<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Gemeentelijke en industri\u00eble waterzuiveringsinstallaties waarderen het reinigbare ontwerp. Terugspoelen zonder de cartridge te verwijderen bespaart aanzienlijk op de arbeidskosten in systemen met een hoog debiet. De corrosiebestendigheid van 316L maakt deze cartridges geschikt voor zowel zoetwater- als behandeld zeewatertoepassingen.<\/p>\n<h3>Olie en gas<\/h3>\n<p>Voor offshore- en raffinaderijtoepassingen zijn filters nodig die bestand zijn tegen de combinatie van chloride, koolwaterstoffen, druk en soms H\u2082S. Standaard roestvrij staal is geschikt voor de meeste toepassingen; duplex- of 904L-kwaliteiten zijn beschikbaar voor meer veeleisende toepassingen.<\/p>\n<h2>Aanpassing: Integratie in uw bestaande systeem<\/h2>\n<p>Standaardconfiguraties zijn geschikt voor de meeste gangbare behuizingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buitendiameter: 30 mm tot 350 mm<\/li>\n<li>Lengte: 10 tot 60 inch<\/li>\n<li>Eindkappen: DOE, SOE met 222\/226 O-ring, flensverbindingen<\/li>\n<li>Micron-classificatie: 3 \u03bcm tot 200 \u03bcm absoluut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als uw behuizing niet standaard is of uw toepassing een specifieke plooiafstand of eindfitting vereist, worden aangepaste configuraties op bestelling geproduceerd. Het engineeringteam beoordeelt uw systeemparameters en bevestigt de compatibiliteit v\u00f3\u00f3r de productie.<\/p>\n<h2>Herbruikbaarheid en totale eigendomskosten<\/h2>\n<p>Wegwerpcartridges hebben een eenvoudig kostenmodel: kopen, gebruiken, weggooien, herhalen. De totale kosten lopen echter sneller op dan je denkt, als je rekening houdt met de arbeidskosten voor vervanging, de afvalverwerking en de stilstandtijd die nodig is voor elke vervanging.<\/p>\n<p>Geplooide roestvrijstalen draadgaaspatronen worden gereinigd en hergebruikt. Een typische reinigingscyclus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spoel terug met schone procesvloeistof of water (verwijdert oppervlakteafzettingen).<\/li>\n<li>Ultrasone reiniging in een geschikt oplosmiddel (verwijdert ingebedde deeltjes)<\/li>\n<li>Optioneel chemisch weken voor hardnekkige vervuiling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cartridges gaan doorgaans 12 tot 24 maanden mee voordat ze vervangen moeten worden, in tegenstelling tot 30 tot 90 dagen voor standaard wegwerpfilters.
