Een slechte maaskwaliteit in dit stadium kan later niet meer worden gecorrigeerd.<\/p>\n<h2>Vacu\u00fcmsinteren: Waar komt de sterkte vandaan?<\/h2>\n<p>Meerdere gaaslagen \u2013 meestal vijf, met verschillende weefgraden \u2013 worden op elkaar gestapeld en in een vacu\u00fcmoven geplaatst. De oven wordt verwarmd tot temperaturen van wel 1100 \u00b0C in een gecontroleerde atmosfeer die oxidatie voorkomt.<\/p>\n<p>Bij die temperatuur versmelten de contactpunten tussen draden in aangrenzende lagen door middel van vaste-stofdiffusie. De lagen vormen \u00e9\u00e9n ge\u00efntegreerde structuur. Geen lijm, geen mechanische bevestiging \u2013 alleen een metallurgische verbinding tussen de draadoppervlakken.<\/p>\n<p>De kritische parameters die tijdens het sinteren worden gecontroleerd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temperatuurprofiel \u2014 opwarmingssnelheid, piektemperatuur, wachttijd<\/li>\n<li>Atmosfeersamenstelling \u2014 voorkomt oxidatie en bevordert hechting.<\/li>\n<li>Belastingsconfiguratie \u2014 zorgt voor een uniforme hechting over het gehele gaasoppervlak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na het sinteren is het meerlaagse paneel een stijve plaat met een gedefinieerde porositeit. Het kan worden gesneden, gevormd en geplooid zonder dat de lagen van elkaar scheiden.<\/p>\n<h2>Het plooiproces<\/h2>\n<p>Het gesinterde gaas wordt met behulp van precisiegereedschap in accordeonplooien gevormd. Deze ondersteuningen behouden de plooivorm zonder de doorstroming te belemmeren.<\/p>\n<h2>Eindkapmontage en dimensionale configuratie<\/h2>\n<p>Het geplooide filtermateriaal wordt op lengte gesneden en voorzien van eindkapjes.
