Les principaux param\u00e8tres v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s \u00e0 ce stade sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#039;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 du diam\u00e8tre du fil \u2013 toute variation \u00e0 ce niveau se traduit directement par une variation de la taille des pores du filtre fini<\/li>\n<li>Uniformit\u00e9 du motif de tissage \u2014 le tissage toile, le tissage serg\u00e9 et le tissage hollandais produisent chacun des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries de pores diff\u00e9rentes.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rification de la composition des mat\u00e9riaux \u2014 les rapports d&#039;essais en usine (REU) sont compar\u00e9s aux sp\u00e9cifications de la commande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape d\u00e9termine si la cartouche atteindra son niveau de filtration nominal de mani\u00e8re constante sur toute la surface filtrante. Une mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de la maille \u00e0 ce stade ne peut \u00eatre corrig\u00e9e ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n<h2>Frittage sous vide\u00a0: d\u2019o\u00f9 vient la r\u00e9sistance<\/h2>\n<p>Plusieurs couches de maille \u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cinq, de tissages diff\u00e9rents \u2014 sont empil\u00e9es et plac\u00e9es dans un four sous vide. Le four chauffe jusqu&#039;\u00e0 1100 \u00b0C dans une atmosph\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e qui emp\u00eache l&#039;oxydation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette temp\u00e9rature, les points de contact entre les fils des couches adjacentes fusionnent par diffusion \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat solide. Les couches ne forment plus qu&#039;une seule structure int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Sans colle ni fixation m\u00e9canique, il s&#039;agit simplement d&#039;une liaison m\u00e9tallurgique entre les surfaces des fils.<\/p>\n<p>Les param\u00e8tres critiques contr\u00f4l\u00e9s pendant le frittage\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profil de temp\u00e9rature \u2014 vitesse de mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature, temp\u00e9rature maximale, dur\u00e9e de maintien<\/li>\n<li>Composition de l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re \u2014 emp\u00eache l&#039;oxydation tout en favorisant la liaison<\/li>\n<li>Configuration de charge \u2014 assure une liaison uniforme sur toute la surface de la maille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s frittage, le panneau multicouche se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d&#039;une feuille rigide \u00e0 porosit\u00e9 d\u00e9finie. Il peut \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9, mis en forme et pliss\u00e9 sans que les couches ne se s\u00e9parent.<\/p>\n<h2>Le processus de plissage<\/h2>\n<p>La feuille de treillis fritt\u00e9 est mise en plis accord\u00e9on \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;outils de pr\u00e9cision. Chaque pli doit pr\u00e9senter des caract\u00e9ristiques constantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#039;angle est trop faible et la surface d&#039;\u00e9change diminue\u00a0; trop prononc\u00e9 et les plis adjacents bloquent l&#039;\u00e9coulement.<\/li>\n<li>Profondeur \u2014 d\u00e9termine le gain de surface par unit\u00e9 de longueur<\/li>\n<li>Espacement\u00a0\u2014 doit permettre au fluide de circuler librement sans \u00eatre canalis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie pliss\u00e9e augmente la surface de filtration effective jusqu&#039;\u00e0 300 % par rapport \u00e0 un cylindre plat de m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre et de m\u00eame longueur. C&#039;est la principale raison technique pour laquelle les filtres pliss\u00e9s surpassent les filtres cylindriques \u00e0 mailles simples en termes de d\u00e9bit et de capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention des impuret\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Des structures de support internes sont ajout\u00e9es pour emp\u00eacher l&#039;affaissement des plis sous l&#039;effet d&#039;une pression diff\u00e9rentielle ou lors du lavage \u00e0 contre-courant. Ces supports maintiennent la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des plis sans restreindre l&#039;\u00e9coulement.<\/p>\n<h2>Configuration dimensionnelle et assemblage du capuchon d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Le m\u00e9dia pliss\u00e9 est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 \u00e0 la longueur voulue et muni d&#039;embouts.
