Una mala calidad de la malla en esta etapa no se puede corregir posteriormente.<\/p>\n<h2>Sinterizaci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo: de d\u00f3nde proviene la resistencia<\/h2>\n<p>Varias capas de malla \u2014normalmente cinco, con diferentes grados de tejido\u2014 se apilan y se colocan en un horno de vac\u00edo. Sin adhesivos ni fijaciones mec\u00e1nicas: solo una uni\u00f3n metal\u00fargica entre las superficies de los hilos.<\/p>\n<p>Los par\u00e1metros cr\u00edticos que se controlan durante la sinterizaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perfil de temperatura: velocidad de rampa, temperatura m\u00e1xima, tiempo de mantenimiento<\/li>\n<li>Composici\u00f3n de la atm\u00f3sfera: previene la oxidaci\u00f3n y favorece la uni\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Configuraci\u00f3n de carga: garantiza una uni\u00f3n uniforme en toda el \u00e1rea de la malla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tras el proceso de sinterizaci\u00f3n, el panel multicapa se convierte en una l\u00e1mina r\u00edgida con porosidad definida. Se puede cortar, moldear y plegar sin que las capas se separen.<\/p>\n<h2>El proceso de plisado<\/h2>\n<p>La l\u00e1mina de malla sinterizada se moldea en pliegues tipo acorde\u00f3n mediante herramientas de precisi\u00f3n. Cada pliegue debe ser uniforme en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c1ngulo: si es demasiado plano, se pierde superficie; si es demasiado pronunciado, los pliegues adyacentes bloquean el flujo.<\/li>\n<li>Profundidad: determina cu\u00e1nta superficie se gana por unidad de longitud.<\/li>\n<li>Espacio: debe permitir que el fluido se mueva libremente sin canalizarse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La geometr\u00eda plisada aumenta la superficie de filtraci\u00f3n efectiva hasta en un 300 % en comparaci\u00f3n con un cilindro plano del mismo di\u00e1metro y longitud.
